2.1 Core Services
Our platform provides two main services:
- Lead generation for recruiters: We connect recruiters with candidates who match the requirements outlined in their job requests. Unlike traditional job boards, we do not flood recruiters with bulk CVs. Instead, we carefully review candidate profiles and forward only those who meet, or closely meet, the specified criteria.
- Job opportunities for candidates: We provide access to freelance, remote, and B2B job opportunities, supporting fair employment.
2.2 Scope and Limitations
While we take care to match candidates with recruiter requirements, we do not guarantee that recruiters will be fully satisfied with every lead, nor do we guarantee that a hire will result. The final decision regarding hiring remains solely with the recruiter.
2.3 Pricing Model
Job Posting: Posting job opportunities on our platform is free.
Lead-Based Charges: Recruiters are charged per lead, with fees varying depending on the specificity of requirements and the number of leads requested, which they agree on after negotiating with us before their jobs are posted in our platform.
Freelance Jobs: A percentage-based fee applies to freelance opportunities.
B2B Hiring: A subscription-based model applies, where we guarantee that vacancies covered under the subscription will be refilled if a hired candidate resigns during the subscription period.

2.4 Human Review Process
Candidate reviews are conducted manually by our team. This ensures that recruiter requirements are carefully considered before leads are shared.
2.5 Service Availability
While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to our services, the platform may occasionally experience downtime, errors, or delays due to technical issues or maintenance. We disclaim liability for such interruptions.
2.6 Recruiter Eligibility
Recruiters must be legitimate companies or organizations and must comply with our rules and applicable laws when using the platform.
2.7 Communication
Our platform communicates with users primarily via email. Users are responsible for ensuring that their email information is accurate and up to date.
3. User Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 Recruiter Eligibility
Recruiters using our platform must:
Be legitimate companies or organizations.
Not be involved in prohibited industries, including but not limited to gambling, adult services, fraudulent or deceptive schemes, drug-related businesses, piracy, terrorism, or any other unlawful or harmful activity.
Not act as third-party intermediaries for non-compliant businesses.
3.2 Recruiter Responsibilities
Recruiters agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete job descriptions.
- Treat candidates fairly and professionally during all stages of communication and hiring.
- Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes and maintain strict confidentiality. Candidate data must not be resold, distributed, or used for any unrelated purpose.
- Avoid disclosing information in a manner that could harm, discredit, or unfairly damage the reputation of our platform.
3.3 Candidate Eligibility
Candidates using our platform must:
- Be at least sixteen (16) years of age at the time of applying.

- Refrain from engaging in spam, fraud, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform in any way.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 General Payment Policy
Job postings on our platform are free of charge.
Fees apply only for lead generation and related recruitment services, as outlined in our Pricing Plans.
All payments must be made in the manner and currency specified by the platform.
4.2 Pricing Models
Lead-Based Pricing: Recruiters are charged per candidate lead. Fees vary depending on the recruiter’s requirements and the number of leads requested.
Freelance Opportunities: A percentage-based fee applies to freelance projects facilitated through the platform.
B2B Hiring Subscriptions: Under a subscription model, we ensure that vacancies covered by the subscription are refilled if a hired candidate resigns during the subscription period.
4.3 Payment Responsibility
Recruiters are responsible for all charges incurred under their selected pricing model. By requesting leads or subscribing to a plan, recruiters agree to pay the applicable fees.
4.4 No Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Our services involve the review and delivery of candidate leads; once leads are shared or services rendered, refunds will not be issued.
4.5 Pricing Adjustments
We reserve the right to update or modify our pricing plans at any time. Changes will not affect ongoing subscriptions until the renewal date.
4.6 Taxes and Fees
Recruiters are responsible for any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or charges imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
5. Privacy Policy & Data Use
5.1 Data Collection
We collect information from both recruiters and candidates for the purpose of delivering our services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Candidate details submitted through applications (e.g., skills, qualifications, work experience).
- Recruiter details provided when posting jobs or requesting leads (e.g., company information, job requirements, contact email).
5.2 Use of Data
Candidate data is used solely for the purpose of matching candidates with recruiter requirements.
Recruiter data is used solely for communication, lead delivery, and verification of company legitimacy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user information to third parties.
5.3 Confidentiality
Both recruiters and candidates must treat any information shared through our platform as confidential. Users are prohibited from disclosing, reselling, or misusing this data for purposes outside of recruitment.
5.4 Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of online systems.
5.5 Communication
All official communication between our platform, recruiters, and candidates will be conducted primarily via email. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and up to date.

Our platform may integrate with third-party tools. While we aim to work only with trusted providers, we are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by and for this platform, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, branding, pricing structures, features, and processes, is the sole property of Aahoo.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform’s content without prior written consent.
7.2 User-Generated Content
Recruiters retain full ownership of their job postings. By submitting job postings, recruiters grant Aahoo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use such postings solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Candidates retain full ownership of their resumes, profiles, and other application materials. By submitting these materials, candidates grant Aahoo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share such information with recruiters, in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Trademarks and Branding
The Aahoo name, logo, and any related marks are the intellectual property of Aahoo and may not be used without explicit written permission.
7.4 Responsibility for Submitted Materials
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the content they provide (such as job postings, resumes, or company information) does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
Aahoo is not liable for any violations committed by users.
8. Termination and Suspension
8.1 Grounds for Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a user engages in:
- Spamming or unsolicited communication
- Misrepresentation of identity, company, or credentials
- Misuse of the platform or its data
- Participation in illegal or prohibited activities
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to make required payments
- Any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or its users
8.2 Warning and Immediate Termination
In most cases, users will receive one written warning before termination.
However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately, without prior notice, in cases of severe or unlawful violations.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, users will immediately lose access to all services.
Any subscriptions, credits, or leads remaining at the time of termination will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

9. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy & Data Use, Pricing Plans, and any other documents explicitly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between Aahoo and its users.
They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the use of the platform.
