  • Subscribers pay a monthly fee per hire, based on the number of active employees placed through Aahoo.
  • Each subscription includes free replacements for employees who leave during the active subscription period.

Quantity Discounts
  • 6–10 hires → 10% discount on total monthly fee
  • 11–20 hires → 15% discount
  • 21+ hires → custom enterprise pricing

Lead delivery
  • Leads are delivered within 3–7 business days after payment and job requirement confirmation.
  • Each lead includes: Candidate name, Contact information, CV or resume, Summary of key qualifications and experience
  • Replacement of invalid or duplicate leads (if any) is handled within 3 business days of notification.

Aahoo does not guarantee a hire; the service obligation ends once the agreed number of qualified leads has been delivered.

Subscription terms
  • The replacement guarantee applies only while the subscription is active.
  • Invoices are issued monthly and are due upon receipt.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but replacement coverage ends immediately after cancellation.
Refunds
  • No refunds are issued once leads are delivered.
  • However, invalid or duplicate leads with non-functional contact details will be replaced at no additional cost.
